Heading west from Irkutsk into the Taiga forest of Siberia are the cites of Omsk and Krasnoyarsk

Where the Angara River flows from Lake Baikal is the small town of Listvyanka

Khabarovsk

North of Vladivostok and east of Ulan Ude is Khabarovsk.  On the first morning north of Vladivostok the train turns west at the Amur River at Khabarovsk and continues west.
